Technology: Dead man’s data - FT.com: "Mr Wu advises clients to appoint a “digital executor” entrusted with a list of logins and passwords, and to outline explicit instructions in their estate plans on who has access to what accounts. Without a digital executor, family members will have to ask a court to order internet companies to turn over passwords. But this is novel ground in most states. . . . (read more at link above)
